Pastor David Neal
I had the privilege of growing up in a Christian family. Since my dad is a pastor, I was constantly exposed to the Word of God. At an early age, I made a profession of faith and was baptized. When I was nine years old I made assurance of my salvation.
I attended Bob Jones University, and it was there that God called me to preach. I graduated in 1996 and continued my studies by taking additional graduate courses.
In 1998, I married Laura Birnschein, and we moved to Oakdale, Connecticut in 1999, where I became the assistant/youth pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church. We spent nine years there ministering and growing under Pastor Mike Jones.
In 2007, the LORD started to give me a burden for churches that were without a pastor, and He guided us to Faith Baptist Church in Harvard. In July of 2008, we moved to Harvard, IL, and I became the pastor of Faith Baptist Church.
